HPHD faculty and HPHD sponsored groups (SAND, SPAFCS and NWI) can go to Judie Pfiffner directly for approval to use the food lab. Lisa Ebert will make sure it is available at the times requested.
All other approvals must be initiated through the UWSP Conference & Reservations Office and they will seek approval from Judie Pfiffner for use of the lab. All approved groups must meet with Judie to discuss responsibilities, proper use of equipment and clean up procedures.
