Reservations

This site is used to reserve space in the University Centers and IT Computer Labs (Dreyfus University Center, DeBot Center, Allen Center, and all reservable IT Computer Labs). To reserve space in Academic Buildings, contact Conference & Reservations via email or call 715-346-2427.

To reserve space in the University Centers or IT Computer Labs, follow these steps:

1. If you are a first time user, click here to create an account if you have a valid UWSP logon. Off-campus users will not be able to create an account; please use the contact information below to make a reservation.
2. If you already have an account, click here to login to Virtual EMS.
3. Once you are logged in, click here to request space for your event, or select "Reservations" then "Room Request" from the black menu bar above.

If you have questions about reserving space in the University Centers, contact the Centers Reservations Office via email or call 715-346-4421.

If you have questions about reserving space in the IT Computer Labs, contact the Labs Management Office via email or call 715-346-4156.
